Frightwig is a woman with a pale skin, a tight-fitting body suit, and five orange prehensile tentacles for hair. They are also tipped with metal orbs, allowing for greater concussive damage. She's also extremely nimble and skilled in acrobatics. Despite her strength, she is always easily subdued by Ben, normally by being tied up with her own hair.
